In pharmacy : a well-trained experienced pharmacist with good track record for meticulous work proved:

1) No dispensing error in last 5 years
2) Only 2 stock outs since COVID began; due to lockdown
3) Look alike, Sound alike are medicines stored separately
4) High risk medicines kept are stored separately in locked cupboard
5) In keeping with our green policy, patients are encouraged to bring back unused/expired medicines to hospital for safe disposal by us (not in drain or public dustbin)
