Prevention First
A check-up once a year. That's all.
Most serious eye conditions — glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, central serous retinopathy — are silent in their early stages. By the time they affect vision noticeably, some damage has already been done. A routine annual check-up finds these things before they progress.
It takes an hour. It can change everything.

What's Included
- Visual acuity testing (distance and near)
- Refraction — checking if glasses are needed or if the current prescription is still right
- Intraocular pressure measurement (glaucoma screening)
- Anterior segment examination (cornea, lens, iris)
- Dilated fundus examination (retina, optic nerve, macula)
- Advice on glasses, contact lenses, or referral for further investigation if needed
Who Should Come In Annually
- Everyone 40 and above
- Diabetics and hypertensives regardless of age
- Anyone with a family history of glaucoma, macular degeneration, or retinal disease
- Children before age 3, and again at school entry
